As Department head to lead and provide a full spectrum of human resources and administration services.
Establish and monitor effective policies and procedures to enhance organizational efficiencies, effectiveness and morale whilst ensuring regulatory systems are met.
Closely liaise with internal and external parties to ensure smooth hotel operations.
Provide all around HR services and initiatives in the areas of Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Performance management and Employee relations in line with and supporting the Companyís culture.
Develop credibility and trust with colleagues and closely communicate with the management team to provide professional guidance and coaching in handling HR issues and personal career development.
Participate hotel management projects and ad hoc duties as assigned.
Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines.
At least 8 years of experience in HR, of which at least of 4 years of experience in management level, preferably experience in hospitality industry.
Conversant with HR information system & Employment Ordinance.
Excellent problem-solving & ability to communicate with staff of different levels.
Pro-active, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility & high level of integrity.
Proficient in MS Office applications like Word, Excel, Chinese Word Processing.
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
Immediately available or with short notice preferred.
