Interacting with all business units in order to enhance organisational competitiveness and for the achievement of corporate goals.
Proposing, developing and implementing HR strategies in line with organisational and business development needs.
Implementing HR tools and processes in order to manage the life-cycle of employees within the organisation.
Preparing budgets for human resources and general office administration.
Promoting an ethical culture within the organisation.
Managing and resolving complex employee relations issues.
Identifying training needs for leadership, business, technical and functional groups.
Overseeing the operations of general administration, IT support, travel desk and procurement services.
University degree or above, majoring in Human Resources is preferred.
Proven business acumen - able to work with credibility and influence business and functional leaders.
Very good command of English and Thai.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good training and facilitation skills.
Minimum of 5 years human resources and relevant experience in a multi-national company.
Hands-on and goal-oriented individual who is an ambassador for positive change.
Proven track record as a HR partner and strategist with strong leadership, accountability and organisational skills.
