Being responsible for all functions relating to Human Resources and to participate and coordinate with management in relation to all human resources management and labor law activities.
Maintaining and controlling other systems such as those relating to Performance Evaluation, Benefits and Welfare for all employees.
Setting up policies and planning for Human Resource functions and Administration functions.
Controlling payroll & the provident fund to ensure employees are remunerated in accordance with the companyís policy.
Managing all company compensation (welfare & benefit) activities.
Preparing various human resources related reports and ensuring staff records are maintained in accordance with company policy.
Motivate, develop, supervise and coach subordinates on tasks; share/advise on problem-solving solutions; monitor/evaluate performance in order to ensure a high-performance team-oriented, dedicated workforce, and meet organizational capabilities.
Bachelor Degree or higher in Human Resources Management or any related field.
Experience 8-10 years up in general human resources functions.
Good command of English.
Strong Initiative and positive attitude
Ability to work under pressure and tight deadline
Good communication, influencing, problem solving and interpersonal skills
Computer literacy e.g. MS Word, Excel, Power Point and etc.
