Job Description

  • This team leading role places you in a position of influence where you will have direct access to business units and feel the pulse of the organisation. Engaging deeply with the line, you will facilitate line discussions by providing HR perspectives and sound guidance on people challenges.
  • You will proactively share HR intelligence and insights with the objective of inculcating a talent mindset, promoting a high performance culture and building a healthy succession pipe.
  • You will also shape and drive organisation-wide HR initiatives in the areas employee engagement through understanding employees motivations, and establishing strategies and platforms to foster organisational commitment, as part of the organisation's overall employee value proposition.
  • You will also lead efforts in the areas of learning and leadership development to equip employees for their roles, prepare them for leadership responsibilities and promote a culture of learning and personal mastery.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in managing HR Operations and effective Business Partnering.
  • Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management and understanding of Asia employment laws.
  • Excellent client management and business literacy skills.
  • Strong conflict management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Develop strong trusting relationships in order to gain support and achieve results.
  • Effectively envision, develop, and implement new strategies to address competitive, complex business issues.
  • Take initiative to identify and anticipate client needs and make recommendations for implementation.
  • Work in environment with international objectives.
  • Be flexible and available to interact with employees at all levels.
  • Be self-directed and motivated.
