Job Description

  • Oversee the day-to-day sourcing of candidates, administration of compensation and benefits, conduct of trainings. Spearhead all employee related initiatives.
  • Responsible in leading HR practices and programs that will support the business in its strategies and day to day operations;
  • Provide an employee-oriented and high performance culture that will maximize the strategic use of Human Resources policies, programs and government and labor law regulatory compliance.
  • Recruitment and Training: Oversee the sourcing of applicants and provide manpower requirements of all departments; Ensure that manpower is used in the most effective way possible by profiling the right employee for job; Interview applicants who passed the preliminary interviews and shortlist candidates for consideration and further interview; Endorse all personnel requisitions to approving parties; Recommend to line managers training and developmental programs for identified employees; evaluate effectiveness of said training programs.
  • Compensation and Benefits Administration: Direct and control the administration of employee benefits and services; Conduct  and participate  in surveys on compensation, benefits and personnel practices to develop and evaluate policies to ensure  competitive compensation and benefits package; Coordinate and supervise the conduct of performance appraisal of employees, job evaluation program and the merit system of the company.
  • Labor Relations: Plan and develop personnel programs that enhance harmonious labor-management relations; Study, interpret and implement current laws and labor decisions; Provide guidance and counsel to employees; handle employee grievances; head investigations and evaluates cases of employees recommendedfordisciplinary action, when warranted.         
  • Community and Industrial Relations: Maintain a harmonious relationship with the general public; including the town officials, government entities and the community as a whole, to enhance the image of the company; Attend to public hearings/concerns that may be called or initiated by the  municipal/provincial government or organization; Maintainties and network and/or participate in undertaking called for by the various industry groups in which the company is a member.
  • Human Resource Information System: Supervise the maintenance of an effective and efficient Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and other computerized HR systems in the company; Prepare and submit  to top Management monthly personnel highlight reports; Provide clearance  and approve all announcements/publications posted on the bulletin boards.
  • General Administration/General Services and Others: Develop, interpret and implementHR related policies; Maintain close rapport with all department heads to ensure smooth and effective implementation of HR related policies and programs; coordinate matters on employee selection, promotion, performance evaluation and salary recommendation; Ensure  application of established corporate financial controls within  HRMD by close monitoring of budget vs actual expenses; Manage assignment of drivers and company vehicles; Perform other HR related tasks that may be assigned  by  the  VP for Human Resources.

Job Requirements

  • Educational requirement: Graduate of BS Psychology or any Behavioral Science course.                           
  • Experiential requirement: Preferably with at least five  (5) years work-related experience in Human Resource, including  3 years Managerial exposure in a real estate company
  • Required interpersonal skills:  Excellent communication and human relations
  • skills; good  facilitation skills.
