Job Description

Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions, namely manpower planning and recruitment, compensation and benefits, learning and development, industrial relations, employee relations and others, and to support the short and long term business and strategic objectives of the business unit.

  • Liaise with heads of department to forecast, plan and fulfill manpower needs and staffing requirement? establish manpower requirements to ensure efficient utilisation of human capital.
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection activities to ensure timely hiring of qualified staff to fulfil current and projected manpower needs.
  • Supervise payroll administration to ensure timely payout and payment accuracy in accordance with the employees individual benefits and compliance of statutory requirements.
  • Monitor the Performance Management Process and ensures completion of the process by managers and management team.
  • Coordinate, organise and prepare the training and development plan for the business units.
  • Manage all industrial relation matters and ensure that the business units is safeguarded from all HR related risk.
  • Develop a healthy Employer?Employee relationship by administering an effective grievance process and disciplinary proceedings.
  • Manage and support the implementation of new HR policies and procedures, HR projects, action plans and ensure effective enforcement in the business units. Other duties as deemed necessary.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
  • Min. 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field with at least 3 year(s) in managerial capacity.
  • Extensive knowledge in full spectrum of HR functions, payroll and statutory requirements.
  • Well versed with handling foreign worker, immigration matters, Labour Laws as well as prevailing HR practice.
  • Resourceful, able to work independently and under pressure. Self?motivated, with positive attitude.
  • Able to interact with all level of people.
  • A team player with good problem solving skills and possess high degree of integrity and confidentiality
