Job Description

  • Responsible for overall Human Resources communications strategy in consultation with Human Resources leadership team
  • Expand range, depth, and effectiveness of content and messaging to elevate awareness and understanding of Human Resources tools, products, processes, policies, and programs.
  • Responsible for executing on the communication vehicles to support Human Resources recruiting branding strategies, and Human Resources internal branding efforts.
  • Coordinate local benefits communication efforts with broader benefits communications efforts.
  • Work collaboratively with a variety of key stakeholders both within HR and across the organization to ensure alignment and consistency with broader organizational communication efforts

Job Requirements

  • Experienced in related field for more than 10 years
  • Bachelor Degree (or above) preferred
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Understand about the labor, union and grievance matters (including the solving)
  • Strong results orientation
  • Confident, team player
  • Master in English both oral and written.
