Job Description

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and policies
  • Responsible for the full spectrum of HR duties including recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, training & development, Performance Management and employee relations.
  • Work closely with all Restaurant Managers, assist all the people performance management activities
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly HR reports for management review
  • Other ad hoc projects and duties

Job Requirements

  • Degree holder in Human Resources, Hospitality Management or related disciplines
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent analytical and communications skills
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken. Cantonese is essential
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Human Resources management preferably in restaurant business with at least 3 years in supervisory level
  • Sound knowledge in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related legislations
  • Experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred
