Job Description

  • To design, develop/coordinate and deliver leadership and management training programmes and initiatives
  • To assess training needs, and evaluate effectiveness of training solutions
  • To coordinate with external consultants on the design and delivery of language courses and other training solutions
 
 
 

Job Requirements

  • University degree, preferably major in business, economics, finance ; or AHKIB or equivalent professional qualification
  • Minimum of 8 years' relevant training experience, experience in Commercial/Corporate Banking business is a definite advantage
  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
