Job Description

An exciting talent development job has just arisen at one of the leading retail company in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide full spectrum of training services to office level and management level staff
  • Organise activities or programs to link with the company’s business objectives
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis, monitor and evaluate effectiveness of the training programs
  • Work closely with department heads to develop, implement and evaluate talent development programs
  • Source and negotiate with external training providers for curriculum design and delivery
  • Support Ad hoc duties when required

Job Requirements

  • Enjoy intereacting with people and have excellent interprersonal and communications skills
  • A degree in Human Resouces or other related discipline
  • At least 7 years of relevant work experience preferably in the retail industry
  • Excellent command in spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Proficient PC Knowledge in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Pro-active, mature, well-organised and an excellent team player
  • Able to multi-task, prioritse work load and work in a fast paced environment
