Job Description

  • Report to the Managing Director
  • Lead and coach a team of HR & Administration Team
  • Roll out HR & Administration initiatives
  • Review, develop HR Policies & Procedures and ensure they are properly implemented & are consistent & compliance with local laws
  • A strategic HR partner to support the company’s organization growth & business plan
  • Understand business strategies, operation needs and challenges, recommend effective manpower planning strategies
  • Work closely with line managers in areas of talent acquisition, staff retention, performance evaluation and learning & development.
  • Implement initiatives to enhance the Company’s Vision, Mission and Value

Job Requirements

  • Degree in HR Management, Business Administration or related discipline
  • Min. 10 years’ HR experience with 5 years in managerial level
  • Proactive, decisive in implementing HR Policies & Procedures
  • Well versed in HK Employment Ordinances & the legal requirements
  • Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Dynamic, high level of business acumen, creative in carrying out multi tasks
  • Proficient in MS office, Words, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
  • Proficient in both spoken & written English, Cantonese & Putonghua
