Job Description

Our client is an international fashion retail brand. They are seeking for an energetic and dynamic individual to join the team.

Job Description: 
  • Reporting to the HR Director and fully accountable for HR services such as recruitment, manpower planning, internal communications, HRIS, policies etc.
  • Collaborate with local and overseas offices to build and implement communication strategies that ensure the understanding of human resources initiatives.
  • Contribute to executive communication, intranet content development and management. 
  • Write newsletters for internal and external communications.
  • Assist in regional HR projects planning and processes.
  • Coach internal clients on communication principles and practices to enable managers to become more effective communicators.
  • Drive HR project management. Able to work on multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Job Requirements

  • University graduate in Human Resources Management, Communication or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Human Resources management.
  • Excellent in written and spoken English. Fluency in Mandarin will be an advantage. 
  • Organized, open-minded, tactful, and proactive.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
