As Department head to lead and provide a full spectrum of human resources, training and administration services
Establish and monitor effective policies and procedures to enhance organizational efficiencies, effectiveness and morale whilst ensuring regulatory systems are met
Provide all around HR services and initiatives in the areas of Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Performance management and Employee relations in line with and supporting the Companyís culture
Participate hotel management projects and ad hoc duties as assigned
Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines.
At least 8 years of experience in HR, of which at least of 4 years of experience in management level, preferably experience in hospitality industry
Strong background in Training an advantage
Conversant with HR information system & Employment Ordinance
Excellent problem-solving & ability to communicate with staff of different levels
Pro-active, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility & high level of integrity
Proficient in MS Office applications like Word, Excel, Chinese Word Processing
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
