Responsible for planning, leading, organizing, and controlling the activities of human resource management and ensuring efficient and effective personnel practices and relations towards achieving and maintaining industrial peace.
Initiates development and design of human resource strategies and systems, and ensuring compliance of all functional units to systems developed.
Manpower planning and rationalization, recruitment, selection and induction, compensation and benefits, performance appraisal, industrial relations, employee affairs and welfare, occupational safety, Labor management relations, Risk Management, Maintains efficiency and effectiveness of functional area.
Conducts monthly meetings with staff to discuss their concerns and monitor their performance and accomplishments
Develops technical capability such as providing the necessary work direction and coaching to staff.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree is a Plus
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably candidates with non-life insurance background and experience.
Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
