As a strategic partner to the CEO
Establishes the global human resources and administration framework
Leads the HRA teams in Hong Kong, China and overseas and drives initiatives on culture building, talent retention & development, system and productivity enhancement to support the business objectives and growth strategy of the Group.
Degree in HRM/Business Management or related disciplines
Minimum 15 years relevant experience, of which 5 years shall be gained at similar regional or corporate capacity. Previous exposure in the manufacturing sector is a MUST.
Strong China exposure and conversant with labour laws/regulations in Hong Kong and China.
A strategic and visionary thinker, but also be with determination to roll up sleeves to overcome hurdles against goals achievement.
An energetic, proactive and committed team-player willing to put in extra personal efforts to contribute to the success of the Group.
An excellent communicator able to interact with and win support from all levels of employees.
Excellent written and spoken English & Chinese, Mandarin is essential
Traveling is necessary
