Job Description

  • Plan the HR budget
  • To manage the Human Resources department ensuring staff comply with resort policies.
  • Ensure the C&B compliance with employment laws/regulations
  • To develop and implement recruitment process in order to attract the most qualified candidates for position vacancies in the resort.
  • Maintains a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.
  • Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors.
  • To recruit the qualified personnel for each department based on the personnel requisition form approved by the department head and General Manager.
  • To analyze the resort manpower requirements in order to recommend on selection and development activities to meet those requirements.
  • To prepare and issue correspondences relating to the Human Resources department.
  • To ensure that the internal training programs are conducted as planned to improve staff knowledge and necessary skills up to the Resort and Management Company standards.
  • To maintain good working relations with all departments and all external contacts: government officials, labor, tax, immigration and lawyers office, human resources associations.
  • Assist all activities related to HR or any requests from the Management

Job Requirements

  • University Degree in Human Resource, Business & Administration Management preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 to 4 years experience in a senior HR leadership position, with emphasis on Service or Hospitality industry.
  • Good in English.
