Job Description

  • To plan, develop, organise and administer Human Resources management functions in respect of manpower planning, to ensure optimum utilisation of human resources to meet business demands and cost control.
  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR for the Company, which covers recruitment, compensation & benefits administration, payroll, performance management, & employee relations.
  • A HR generalist who is familiar with Employment Act, Industrial Relations procedures and legislations; ensuring that they are accurately interpreted and up to date information is provided whenever there is any revisions published.
  • To handle Industrial Relations matters in the manner that promotes harmonious working relationship & ensures compliance with the internal policies set and external regulatory requirements.
  • Establish close rapport with relevant Government Departments and keep abreast on new statutory requirements in respect of labour and industrial relations.
  • Carryout and implement Companyís activities such as sports, welfares & other social activities & functions.
  • To review & enhance the current work procedures / work methods and develop new procedures / work methods to improve efficiency and work flow in the department and company.
  • Respond, update & draft policies where appropriate to ensure consistency in practice.
  • Candidates with managing foreign workers knowledge, such as work permit & visa application will be an advantage.
  • To perform other administration jobs and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the management from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Postgraduate Diploma/ Bachelorís Degree in Human Resource Management/ Business Studies, Administration/ Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 yearsí relevant experience in human resource and personnel management
  • Familiar with the Malaysian Employment Act, Labour Laws and Industrial Relations Act
  • Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin and/ or Chinese dialects
