Job Description

  • Manages Human Resources projects, programs, policies and services through the organization
  • Ensures compliance with labor law and other relevant rules and regulations
  • Assist in all aspects of the hiring process
  • Coordinate training programs
  • Performs administrative and clerical duties e.g. maintain employee records, support and participate in payroll for employees, run reports for management review as needed, etc. 
  • Provides information, support and advice to both management and employees concerning policies and procedures, corrective actions, counseling and problem solving
  • Gathers and analyzes information from all functional departments concerning recruitment, new hires, costs of hires, turnover on a monthly basis
  • Develops and recommends compensation plans e.g. job description structure and hiring process, performance reviews, salary ranges and compensation management
  • Recommends new systems and/or processes as appropriate

Job Requirements

  • University graduate in Business Administration, or Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • At least 5 years’ relevant work experience
  • Experience and knowledge of the travel/tourism industry is an advantage
