Oversee and monitor full spectrum of HR functions including policies formulation and implementation, training and development, manpower planning, compensation and benefits management, performance management, HRMS enhancement project and other ad hoc assignments
Provide advice and support to the management in all HR services and to the line management in proactively resolving the day-to-day human resource operational and staff issues
Lead, manage and motivate HR team and ensure high quality service in their deliverables
Degree holder in HRM or related disciplines
8 years' or above solid HR experience of which minimum 3 years in managerial level
Well versed with the Employment Ordinance and related legislations in HK & PRC
Detail-minded, customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skill, self-motivated and flexible in fast paced working culture
A good team player and able to work under pressure
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
Immediately available is preferred
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Human Resource Manager.
