PACTICS is a seeking one qualified candidate to fill the position of Human Resource Manager based in Siem Reap. The candidate will be responsible to assist the CSR Manager to implement Social Accountability International standard SA8000. The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for assisting the CSR Manager to hire approximately 200 new staff for the new factory, ensure PACTICS operates in accordance to Cambodia n Labor Law and organize all employee documentation in accordance with SA8000. The Human Resource Manager will report directly to the CSR Manager. A qualified candidate will be fluent in spoken and written English with two (2) years management experience in human resource, accounting or general business.
- Assist in the implementation of SA8000
- Ensure PACTICS follows all Cambodian Labor Law requirements
- Assist in developing and executing an extensive recruitment program to hire approximately 200 additional team members
- Organize and maintain all employee, health and safety and management records; and
- Communicate budget to finance department
