With offices across Europe, the US, Latin America, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific and growing, they are looking for a Human Resource Manager to take care of the Southeast Asian region.
As the HRM your main function is to manage the overall human resources services, though initially the position will focus on supporting the recruitment needs for the region, along with setting up payroll and implementing policies and procedures. You will be accountable for the development and implementation of high quality, cost effective full cycle of recruiting, thus, managing the design, development and delivery of HR policies and procedures for Asia Pacific, ensuring that they comply with local legislations. Acting as the first point of contact to employees for all questions and inquiries, you as the HRM will be providing the first line of support to manager on all areas relating to payroll, benefits administration, recruitment and selection and general administration.
A Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field is a must with a minimum of 5 years progressive HR experience. Your comprehensive knowledge of the employment laws within the various Asian markets and your ability to present and analyse information using standard PC-based office software such as Microsoft word, excel and PowerPoint will be an advantage. A must have is your effective communication and analytical skills. You should be service-focused and can provide guidance and consultation as a trusted business partner to all levels of organization.
