Job Description

  • Manage staff contract, payroll, attendant record and filling.
  • Enhance staff disciplinary and implement company policy effectively
  • Conduct annual staff performance appraisal.
  • Ability to recruit and select staff up to senior management level
  • Conducting management and other training programs
  • Coordinate with all departments to achieve company goals.
  • Manage security, hygiene, and safety within workplace.
  • Perform other duties request by Chairman/CEO.

Job Requirements

  • Completed bachelor degree of Business Management or appropriate related filed
  • At least 2 years experiences at a management level in HR with Entertainment Club or Hotel.
  • Good negotiation, fast learner and influencing skill
  • Excellent in computer skills. Good Command of written and spoken English
  • Hardworking, Honest, able to work under pressure and Self-motivated
  • Cambodian nationality only, Age must be from 25 years old and above
