This position is in charge of developing and implementing annual EHS plan, maintain EH&S Management system for Indochina, comply with company Head Quarter as well as local law requirements.
Inspect, audit and follow up the corrective actions of failures at installation, service job around Indochina
Cross check – Internal Audit at other subsidiaries
Conduct the incidents investigation, provide, advise proper corrective action and preventive solutions if any
Develop, revise Safety policy for company base on South Asia guideline, update, revise as required.
Organize EHS Committees on quarterly basis such as safety performance of Direct staff, Subcontractor, status of Inspection and Audit, Incident Investigation, Motor Vehicles
Self conduct audit for installation and service jobsites in certain area, input and analysis audit records, result and EHS activities from certified auditors. Prepare the summary report and following up the findings, corrective actions if any.
Ensures that jobsites are safe and zero accidental based on EH&S standards for preventive actions of the company
Updates all documentation, procedure internally within company, and externally for government agencies relating to safety, health and the environment and provides information to the related department.
University graduates major in Mechanical or Electrical, has at least 5 years experiences in Safety, Health Environment. Prefer to similar work scope in the same industrial field
Fluency in both oral and written English.
Good interpersonal and communication ability required.
Monitor installation subcontractor performance (quality/ safety), analysis their performance on half year basis.
Monitor in-progressing installation inspection, final check to ensure the lift installation quality in line with company as well Viet Nam standard requirements.
Collect the fault/ issue during installation period and feedback to factory for the non compliances. Discuss with Field team to propose proper solution for fixing to meet with installation scheduling and quality requirements. Summary and analysis the mistaken to reduce for both direct teams and factory issues.
