Be responsible for ISO system by monitoring and coordinating across all departments to ensure ISO-9001, ISO-14001 and OHSAS-18001 is implemented fully and effectively in compliance with ISO and Corporate requirements
Responsible for environment matters by coordinating with related functions in order to ensure the compliance with Vietnamese law of environment;
Control non-conformance issues by monitoring CAR (Corrective Action Report) of all departments to ensure improvement process is implemented;
Control documents by distributing and collecting back ISO documents such as procedures, work instructions, forms, etc., in accordance with document control policy;
Maintain the existence and adequacy of resources & practices such as safety committee, HSE (Health-Safety-Environment) related training, emergency response team, first-aid team etc., in order to assure that HSE action plan is completed as per schedule;
Establish, maintain and update necessary HSE documents, information, statistics, and report systems according to HSE standards and local laws and regulations;
Take part in company’s projects that required HSE involvement in different roles.
Initiating and managing inspection, surveys and audit programs relating to health and safety training program, and provide efforts to enhance HSE awareness for all employees;
This position will report directly to Operations Manager.
University graduate in relevant fields (Chemistry/ Business Administration/Industrial management); Relevant certificates of lead auditor, HSE as a plus;
Good knowledge and understanding of ISO system, Occupational Health, Safety and Environment, including wastes, chemicals and relevant laws;
Good experience in directly handling health, safety and environment activities in multinational companies (preferably in Chemical/ Paints industry) and minimum 3 year exposure in relevant managerial position;
Good communication and presentation skills in both Vietnamese and English;
High level of ownership, initiative, and responsibility, strong integrity and honesty to monitor company’s serious requirements and investment on HSE’s code of conduct;
Good teamwork spirit, structured approach and coordination ability to work out and drive improvement among cross functions;
Desire to learn and ability to work in a dynamic and professional environment;
Willing to travel domestic/ overseas for business purposes.
