Job Description

  • Develop and implement effective human resources strategies, plans and policies to ensure the long term development of the organisation.
  • Develop and implement plans to ensure the organisation is recruiting and reward & recognition to retain and motivate the high performer to deliver the strategic plan.
  • Develop the PMS (Performance Management System), manage manpower planning, pay-scale, job evaluation, and talent development program.
  • Manage a wide range services to the human resources functions; employee relations, employee engagement, and organisational development.
  • Proactively involves partners in strategic thinking, incorporating their views into plans and working with them to align strategic priorities.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree/Master's Degree in related field.
  • Thai Male/Female, age between 35-45 years old.
  • At least 10 years solid experience of  human resources management, organisational development, performance managment system, and talent development program.
  • Good command of English.
  • Able to demonstrate team leading skill and build rapport quickly with senior management.
  • Being confident, adaptable, self-motivated, reliable, and excellent communication.
