Coordinates the activities of other HR Specialists
Must have a degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
Female not more than 35 years old
Must have 2 to 3 years experience, 1 year of which is in supervisory capacity handling any two of the following functional works: recruitment/ talent management compensation and benefits analysis, payroll administration, employee relations, job evaluation, labor relations and training.
Keen, critical and particular to details
Has strong supervisory skills and human relations ability Organized and familiar in systematic filing of records
Patient in handling paper works
Good in oral and written communications
Must be computer-literate
A good team player with hands-on ability to do actual work of subordinate personnel if needed.
