Job Description

  • Direct staff in the development, analysis, and preparation of reports.
  • Assist staff to resolve complex or out of policy operation problems.
  • Conduct interviews, hire new staff, and provide employee orientation.
  • Establish employee goals and conduct employee performance reviews.
  • Responsible to meet department productivity and quality goals.
  • Prepare company salary stucture, job documentation, employees contracts and job evaluation
  • systems.
  • Recommend, develop and maintain human resource data bases, computer software systems, and
  • manual filing systems
  • Perform specific research/investigation into operational issues, as requested
  • Communicate with other Supervisors and Managers.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Graduate of Psychology/Human Resource Management/Behavioral Science
  • With more than 2 years Supervisory work experience
  • Honest and Trustworthy
  • Has background or basic knowledge on Labor laws
  • Knowledgeable in different facets of human resources
  • 40 years old and below
  • Computer literate; expert in writing business letters
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills/attitude
