Minimum of 8 years experience in handling a full set of human resource functions.
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Psychology or a related field.
Strong knowledge of labour laws and other related laws.
Good background in HRM/HRD practices such as recruitment, training, compensation and benefits and performance management.
Good interpersonal and communication skills along with problem solving skills.
