Plan, develop and implement strategy for HR, Administration management and development (including recruitment and selection policy/practices, discipline, grievance, counseling, pay and conditions, contracts, training and development, succession planning, morale and motivation, culture and attitudinal development, performance appraisals and related management issues).
Maintain awareness and knowledge of contemporary HR development theory and methods and provide suitable interpretation to directors, managers and staff within the organization
Balance the interest of the employees and employers by executing rightful HR policies and procedures in compliance to the governmental law and labor standards.
Recruit proactively to fill future demand, on the job training and mentorship of key employees.
Build and maintain an excellent HR base in the various units.
Deliver training about soft skill courses such as leadership, team work, communication & negotiation, time management, delegation, motivation, recruitment skills; retain talent, sales service, corporate culture…for key staffs and middle management.
Secure that all staffs and middle management should be well positioned and skilled to handle future aggressive growth.
Manage and control departmental expenditure within agreed budgets
Ensure activities meet with and integrate with organizational requirements for management at another fields such as health and safety, legal stipulations, fire prevention, environmental policies and general duty of care
Direct Company’s resources by investing on human capital development programs which aims to reinforce attracting and retaining of the “talents” in the industry.
University degree or equivalent in Law, Behavioral Science, Human Resources Administration or Psychology
MBA degree, an advantage
Over 10 years in Human Resources Management role. Must have handled at least 5 years of Manager position in manufacturing multinational companies
Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Vietnamese
Well-versed in the Local Labor Regulations and Standards
Work under high pressure
Good team player with supervisory and management skills
Sound knowledge compliance regulations for organizations working within Vietnam
