Plan, develop and implement strategy for HR, Administration management and development
Ensure activities meet with and integrate with organizational requirements for management at another fields such as health and safety, legal stipulations, fire prevention, environmental policies and general duty of care.
Investing on human capital development programs
Executing rightful HR policies and procedures in compliance to the governmental law and labor standards
Liaise with other functional/departmental managers so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development
Evaluation and development of HR strategy and performance in cooperation with the executive team
Consulting the Board of Directors related to Labor Code
Recruit proactively to fill future demand, on the job training and mentorship of key employees
Handle public relations, local authorities and company events
University degree or equivalent in Law, Behavioral Science, Human Resources Administration
MBA degree is an advantage
Good knowledge of ISO 9000, SA 8000
Over 10 years in Human Resources Management role, at least 5 years of Manager position
Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Vietnamese
Sound knowledge compliance regulations for organizations working within Vietnam
