Develop and implement HR policies and regulation of the company
Manage and control the Company’s compensation and benefit policies, employee relations staffing, training, safety, labor relations and employment records
Ensure policies and procedures written in line with company, local regulations, trade unions
Recruit, interview and select employees to fill vacant positions
Manage the recruiting & staff developing strategy for the Company
Maintain employees' records-insurance coverage, pension plan and personnel transactions such as promotions, transfers, performance reviews and terminations
Organize staff performance assessment program
Represent the HR Department both internally and externally
Graduate university with social majors
At least 3 - 5 working years as HR Manager, at the manufacturing companies at Industrial Zone.
Good knowledge of laws relating to HR
Result - oriented skills; time - management skills and leadership skills
Can work under high pressure
Strong characteristics, proactive, dynamics and responsible
English is compulsory
Good at computer skills: Word, excel, power point
Can work overtime and travel.
