Job Description

  • Review and refresh the hospital HR strategy, enhance the HR policies and processes, and to ensure effective integration into the Group (Be responsible of Strategic Planning, Budget, Staff Development and Training, Recruitment, Staff Grade & Salary Scale, Performance Review, Benefits and Bonuses program, and of matters related to day-to-day Personnel Administration including Payroll and legal and contractual issues);
  • Assist the CEO, COO to build and manage relations with key medical and non-medical employees to ensure the hospital continues to achieve profitable growth;
  • Be responsible for effective delivery of HR plan, services and initiative for the hospital;
  • Partner with hospital leadership team on all aspects organizational effectiveness including staffing and recruitment, on-boarding, performance management, compensation management, training and development, coaching and employee relations;
  • Lead the setting up the staff competencies appraisal with KRAs/KPIs;
  • Facilitate and administer performance management program to ensure superior performance across the hospital;
  • Provide input in defining a vision of the desired culture and work environment and provide advice and direction on how to make the vision a reality; help the management team develop a roadmap for change and assist other managers in implementing and managing changes within the hospital;
  • Lead the implementation of hospital budgeting;
  • Establish the training budget based on the TNA according to the Performance Appraisal Competencies Evaluation, financial situation and the business plan of the hospital;
  • Review the recommendations and compiling a manpower plan for a financial year;
  • Ensure the compliance of recruitment policy in the hospital;
  • Ensure the ongoing implementation and compliance of C&B policy of the Group;
  • Supervise the monthly payroll process, ensuring compliance with social insurance, health insurance, staff compensation and PIT calculation and the cost vs the budget;
  • Coordinate the staff performance review & appraisal programs;
  • Develop and deploy employee relations programs to foster harmonious and supportive working environment, identify hospital climate/cultural issues based on analysis of employee relations, Employee Opinion Surveys and turnover data. To develop and implement appropriate actions plan to address issues identified;

Job Requirements

  • Degree in University of Business Administration, HR Management or in English;
  • Professional HR qualification, MBA of HR is preferred;
  • Excellent knowledge of the current legal and employment laws in Vietnam;
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant HR experience;
  • At least 8 years in a HR management role;
  • Mastery of technical HR competencies in change management, recruitment, C&B, training and employee relations;
  • Good knowledge of healthcare business;
  • Continuous improvement and speed & simplicity mind set;
  • High integrity (be always honest and upright in character);
  • Positive (“the glass’s half full” mind set);
  • Persuasiveness; Mature and balanced;
  • Social competence and Psychology knowledge.
