Formulation and execution of the best HR practices, consistent with the organizational development and business growth of company
Besides standard HR administrative functions such as recruitment, training, compensation and etc. the incumbent should have first hand experience in talent management, performance management, succession planning and career development of critical staff
Assisting the management and divisional managers in cultural change management
Thai nationality, Male/Female, age around 30-35 years old
Master or Bachelor degree of Human Resource, HR Management, Industrial Psychology or any related field
Minimum 5 years's experience in HR management practices such as recruitment, training, compensation and benefit, should have experience in Performance Management, Succession Planning and Career Development of critical staff
Strong knowledge of Thai labor laws and market labor practices
Experience in FMCG industries is preferred
Good command of English
Proficient in computer literacy
Analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
