Job Description

Our client is one of the most famous international skin care and cosmetic companies from Europe and has been operating in Thailand.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions, which include recruitment, compensation and benefit, training and performance management.
  • Focus more on recruitment, HRD and employee relation.
  • Demonstrate the ability to link HR strategies with HR practices and processes. Help identifying key organizational issues, change management needs and the appropriate HR solutions to improve current and future performance.
  • Execute recruitment affairs for internal staff, conduct first interview and provide comments to line managers.
  • Plan and modify HR related policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirement.
  • Plan and conduct new hire orientation program for internal staff to direct them towards the organization goals.
  • Act as bridge of management and employees to maintain employee relation and help resolve work-related problems.
  • Provide day-to-day HR support and counsel to all staff on a broad range of HR policies, programs, and practices.
  • Liase closely with Sales Directors in all HR functions where the resources of sales forces are really vital to business.
  • Prepare and provide HR related reports to regional and head office.
  • Responsible for office administration supervision
  • Manage and control departmental expenditure within agreed budgets.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Human Resource staffing or generalist and/or significant expertise in HR functional area in large multi-national companies;
  • Age 32-40
  • Must have experience in dealing with a lot of bc, pc or junior sales staff
  • Must be people oriented. Excellent soft skill with outgoing personality.
  • Strong understanding of the HR function and HR fundamentals, with strength in organization design/development, employee relations and training functions;
  • Experience in supporting clients in a variety of divisions, functions or industries;
  • Performed effectively in a matrix, cross-functional and team environment;
  • Strong communication skill both Thai and English and customer/client focus;
