Job Description

  • Responsible for HRM and HRD
  • Implement the organization’s recruitment strategy
  • Initiate all corporate Compensation and Benefits program and Performance appraisal systems
  • Design and deliver the training program and ensure employees and organization develop skills/capabilities needed to successfully deliver result
  • In charge of administration labor / employee services to ensure the staff strategies in the business are aligned to corporate goals
  • Manage the organization’ internal communication strategy
  • Liaise with Management to meet any other organizational needs as arise

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master’s Degree in HR or related
  • At least 7 years’ experience in HR function
  • Experience must include hands-on responsibility for the full scope of human resources activities
  • Knowledge of local labor laws, regulations and practices
  • Good personality, mature and look professional
  • Able to face and resolve conflict, good negotiating skills
  • Good interpersonal skills, interacts well with different levels of personnel
  • Good written & spoken English communication skills.
