Initiate all corporate Compensation and Benefits program and Performance appraisal systems
Design and deliver the training program and ensure employees and organization develop skills/capabilities needed to successfully deliver result
In charge of administration labor / employee services to ensure the staff strategies in the business are aligned to corporate goals
Manage the organization’ internal communication strategy
Liaise with Management to meet any other organizational needs as arise
Bachelor or Master’s Degree in HR or related
At least 7 years’ experience in HR function
Experience must include hands-on responsibility for the full scope of human resources activities
Knowledge of local labor laws, regulations and practices
Good personality, mature and look professional
Able to face and resolve conflict, good negotiating skills
Good interpersonal skills, interacts well with different levels of personnel
Good written & spoken English communication skills.
