Perform full HR spectrum including payroll administration, development of policies, negotiation of employee remuneration package and other aspects for Singapore and regional branches
Maintain the local and Korean staff manpower record, movement and basic information such as salary matters, join and resignation date, designation, transfer information, higher education & technical certificates
Put up regional job postings and conduct interviews
Keep in touch with recruitment agencies and educational institutions
Co-ordinate performance appraisal
Guide managers and employees in matter related to Career Development, Employee Relations, Workplace Ethics and Performance Management
Interact with Senior Management and employees. Act as a bridge between the two groups of people to facilitate smooth functioning of the operations of the company
Collect HR metrics, perform analysis and consolidation of the data and identify key trends
Plan, supervise and coordinate the activities related to employment, labour relations, compensation and employee relations.
Organize employee training programs for safety issues, language training and health, etc.
Investigate and report the industrial accidents if any, that take place in the company.
Degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline
Minimum 8 years experience with A1 Main Contractor
Knowledge of payroll software
Regional exposure will be an added advantage
Possess leadership skills and able to lead a team
Interpersonal skills and good communication skills
