Job Description

  • Lead and Manage the Compensations & Benefit team with specific projects and daily operations.
  • Responsible for ensuring employee compensation and benefits packages are in alignment with company policies and guidelines, are competitive, and are compliant with legal and fiscal regulations. 
  • Makes salary recommendations for new hires/merit/promotional and merit increases according to company compensation guidelines, ensuring internal and external equity
  • Prepares salary recommendations for approved new hire/equity/promotional adjustments
  • Ensure compensation and benefits standards comply with company policies and/or other regulations or legislation
  • Monitor reviews of compensation and benefits packages to maintain market positioning
  • Coordinate communication of compensation and benefits information to employees and other HR groups as necessary
  • Participate as directed to help design, administer, communicate and implement certain compensation and benefit programs.
  • Generate routine and special reports as well as perform periodic audits to ensure accuracy and data integrity.
  • Performing job analysis and market reviews to assure accurate classification of jobs, maintaining compensation databases and files, job tables, position control, and supervisor structures.
  • Managing the backbone HRIS and other systems including the Applicant Tracking and Hiring system so that appropriate integration is developed and completed.

Job Requirements

  • A minimum of a Bachelorís degree
  • 6 - 7 years of benefits and compensation experience, with demonstrated increased responsibility or an HR Generalist or Specialist with dedicated time and demonstrated experience working in the area of compensation and benefits.
  • Moderate to advanced technical expertise in compensation and benefits principles, practices, and compliance requirements
  • Must possess excellent assessment and data analysis skills
  • Working knowledge of Human Resources Systems
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively as a member of the Human Resources team
  • Very detail oriented, with a high level of accuracy and the ability to detect inconsistencies in data
  • Excellent customer skills with the ability to interact with employees at all levels within the organization
