Implements human resource programs by providing human resources services, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health succession planning, employee relations and retention. DOLE compliance and labor relations; completing personnel traction.
Ensure legal compliance throughout Human Resource Management.
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of Human Capital.
Report to Management and provides decision support though HR metrics.
Candidate must possess at least Bachelorís Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
Preferably Supervisors/ 5 years and up experienced employee from an ISO certified engineering or heavy industry company
