Job Description

  • Identify legal requirements and government reporting regulations that affect human resource function. Ensure organization is in compliance with legal requirements.
  • Update policies and procedures, and educate managers regarding compliance accordingly.
  • Schedule and conduct annual job evaluations. Recommend and plan pay structure revisions based on findings
  • Plan, monitor and implement employee performance appraisal on set schedule.
  • Responsible for recruitment and retention of staff. Employee engagement. Orientation of new staff members, and training
  • Responsible for human resources budget, including establizshing annual human resources budget and identifying budgetary needs and reporting to CEO, CFO as appropriate
  • Policy development and documentation
  • Company-wide committee facilitation

Job Requirements

  • Bachelorís Degree in Human Resource management, atleast 5 years of working experience is required for this position.
  • Demonstrates proficiency of sound techniques in all aspects of HR management an administrations with particular emphasis on manpower acquisitions, positive employee relations, employment law compliance, performance management system organizational Development, training and development.
