Job Description

Maintain and develop leading HR systems and processes to address the effective management of people in relation to the following in order to maintain competitive advantage for :
  • Performance Management
  • Staff Induction
  • Reward and Recognition
  • Staff Retention
  • Management Development / Career Development
  • Succession Planning
  • Competency Building / Mapping
  • Compensation / Benefit programs 

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Law or a related field or equivalent experience
  • At least 3 years of experience with increasing responsibilities for management and support of HR management
  • Age maximum 45 years old
  • Strong knowledge in labor law (UU no 13, 2003; UU no 2, 2004; and related regulations), benefits administration, payroll, performance management, communication processes, compensation & wage structure, training & education, recruitment & selection and other matters relating to employees
  • Strong command in English
  • Willing to be placed in Kupang
