Working with Managers to identify vacancies and obtain internal approvals to recruit.
Identify suitable attraction and selection methodologies, managing supplier relationships, crossing vacancies from administrative to Senior Management level.
Promote the performance management process including mid year reviews and annual appraisals.
Drive Management ownership of the process.
Work with Managers to identify training priorities and address skill gaps with solutions.
Responsible for C&B of the company, benchmark roles, and maintain awareness of competitor packages.
Provide advice and guidance to Managers and employees on employment issues.
Reinforce employment policy and procedures.
Audit employee data monthly for accuracy.
Support effective delivery of payroll information in partnership with finance and Store Operation.
University qualification in HR management or related discipline
Minimum 10 years of experience in HR field with significant HR experience in a retail/FMCG environment preferred.
Strong partnership ability with senior commercial leaders.
Demonstrable communication, team-working and organizational skills.
Evidence of strong problem solving and analytical capabilities.
Ability to think logically and develop positive working relationships.
Experience in HRIS required; attention to detail critical.
