Job Description

  • Responsible for HR & Legal duties includes full spectrum of HR Management duties: Recruitment and Termination, Training and Development, Labor Regulations, Performance Management, Compensation and Benefit, Industrial Relations, etc
  • Manage Human Resources System and Legal
  • Manage beneficial relationship with external institution
  • Analyze and conduct competitive environment with continual training and strong system

Job Requirements

  • Male/Female, Below 38 years old, Married/Single
  • Min. S1 Law from reputable University
  • Have experience minimum 5 years in manufacture company with same position
  • Having knowledge & expert in Indonesia Company Law or Other Laws at Large
  • Have Advokat Sertification
  • Strong Legal Drafting and Negotiation Skills
  • Excellent understanding in HR and Laws: Organization Development, Recruitment, Performance Evalution, Training and Development, Compensation and Benefit, Payroll, Incentif, Jamsostek, Medical Insurance, HR Legal Aspect, Industrial Relations, and strong understanding in Indonesian Labor Regulations
  • Excellent controlling for the Human Resources System and Procedure, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
  • Demonstrate excellent computer skills (e.g. Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Excellent Communication Skills in English (verbal and written)
