We represent a very large blue-chip MNC with extensive presence in Asia. In line with its growth strategy, our client is now seeking a highly experienced HR Director. Crucially, the company recognises that success begins and ends with the quality of its people, and that future outcomes will rely upon best practice human capital strategies.
Reporting directly to the EVP of HR, you will lead a sizable team to head the HR function for HK operations, in order to support the overall business strategy, by organising, integrating and directing all human resources activities. These include establishing an excellent HR infrastructure, as well as highly efficient rewards and development programmes catering to the business needs of the various business units. This will encompass talent management and development, pipeline planning, change management, strategic resourcing, compensation & benefit and HR process improvement.
This role requires a flexible, committed and energetic leader who is prepared to make their mark as the company enters a transformational phase. Our client seeks a robust business partner with demonstrated commercial acumen and ability to influence at executive levels. To succeed in this role, you must have at least 8 years of HR experience, of which at least 3 years has been spent in a management level position, and well exposed to MNC environment. You will be 'hands on' as required and demonstrate a good level of maturity and adaptability, while being able and willing to step up to influence at the top table. English fluency is a must, while Chinese language skills (both Cantonese and Mandarin) will be highly desirable.
