To conduct full cycle of HR functions including recruitment, HROD and Compensation & Benefits and also work with outsources for Pay roll function.
To work closely with the CEO and business line to understand the business's direction and ensure that all staff are properly trained/knowledgable and be in line with the company's growth direction
Solid understand Thai labor law
Strong communication skill is required
Able to work independently and upto challenging opportunities and tasks
Others Ad hoc projects as assigned.
Report to CEO and Board of the company
Thai nationality, Male or Female, Age not over 45
Bachalor degree or higher in relatied field
At least 3 years experience as HR Director in medium/large size organisation
Direct experience in financial institution or investment firms is an advantage
Strong communication skill
Good command of English
