Ensures that all government mandated benefit reports are accurate, updated and submitted on time as scheduled.
Checks and updates existing leave credits and balances of qualified employees
Checks and monitors annual performance evaluation.
Ensures that all employee movements are in compliance with company process and policies.
Coordinates to concern department for issuance of memo.
Monitors movement of employees and make sure that it is in adherence with company policies.
Ensures that all administrative hearings are in compliance on our company policies and DOLE rulings.
Review and analyze attendance summary report.
Ensures the accuracy of payroll reports and attendance
Review and summarizes quotations from various suppliers for the renewal of company benefits.
Maintains good relationship with various suppliers and benefits providers.
Ensures that the manpower providers are in compliance in term of salaries and government mandated of their employees.
Supports and develops staff for effective delivery of their task.
Education: Graduate of Human Resource Management, BS Psychology, or any related Business course.
Work Experience: At least five (5) years experience/ background in employee and labour relations, salary and benefits administration, benchmarking and analysis of current salary methodologist in a managerial capacity.
Skills: Excellent oral and written communication, organized, analytical and keen on details
Proficient in using MS Office, Word, Excel and Powerpoint
