Job Description

  • Managing deliverable of people strategy and plan for company's business
  • Understanding operational needs in assisting of the people strategy implementation
  • Partner with business operations to drive people performance and engagement
  • Act as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes 
  • Act as a coach to the management team in implementing the people plan and talent management
  • Act as a role model to the business ensuring that our values and core philosophies are embedded into the organisation and “lives and breathed” throughout area of influence
  • Challenges organisational structure of internal client and proposes changes
  • Manage complex and difficult stores’ HR project cross-functionally
  • Pro-actively managing all people related KPI’s and support the development of store/companywide HR initiatives for improvement
  • Working closely with the organisation and people effectiveness and ER teamto define and deliver the talent and performance management program
  • Support the delivery of HR practices and processes 
  • Jointly work with organisation development team to facilitates the HR management team to bring best solutions for employees
  • Leading and facilitating change and shape the culture

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years in HRM and HRD
  • Good business acumen
  • Strategic thinking with excellent communication and coaching skills
  • Innovative and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • High energy, pro-active and positive working attitude
  • Good interpersonal skills and relationship management
  • Strong negotiation, influencing skills and building motivation
  • Strong time & project management
  • Professional, approachable and competent in dealing with difficult situations
  • Strong in HR and labor law knowledge
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (outlook, word, power point and excel)
  • Be able to travel to UPC
  • Board range and depth of multi site HR operational experience within a changing and fast paced retail environment are advantageous
  • Good communication in English is a must
