Provide HR support for organizational development, conduct regular organizational check-ups, and provide and implement effective solutions for business departments in recruitment, training, performance appraisal, salary, employee relations, etc.
Assist in the implementation of corporate culture, policies and processes in the supported departments;
Establish communication channels, strengthen staff communication management, and smooth the two-way communication channels between the company and employees;
Other human resources support work.
Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of experience in human resources;
Experience in HRBP in Internet companies is preferred.
Fluent in Thai, with Thai experience, familiar with Thai employment-related policies, laws and regulations is preferred;
Familiar with the process system of human resources; rich experience in recruitment/performance management/employee relationship/organizational development and other modules;
