Job Description

  • Act upon as HR Business Partner in providing not just strategic support on full spectrum of HR functions, but implement them in a proficient manner with support of HR shared services.
  • Strike a balance between highly strategic tasks and ground works. Solve critical HR issues related to PSP operation.
  • Create a headcount plan working closely with department heads.
  • Run recruiting process such as, but not limited to, creating personnel requisitions, posting, sourcing, screening qualified candidates, arranging interviews and writing offer letters.
  • Salary and bonus administration such as, but not limited to, annual increment review, salary range table review, commission /incentive scheme review, salary calculation.
  • Conduct performance evaluation periodically
  • Conduct performance improvement plan for low performers including dismissal with minimal risks.
  • Update HR database upon personnel changes
  • Periodic update of organization chart and various reporting on monthly and quarterly basis
  • Develop Human Resources Development initiatives and update periodically the training development records into the system
  • Work closely with respective senior management positions in and develop individual development plans such as promotions, reassignments for high potentials.
  • Review and propose new HR guidelines according to business demands applicable to the business nature.
  • Work with shared services organization on recruitment, performance evaluation, salary and benefits administration and employee relations etc as necessary

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resource Management
  • Minimum 3 years of Assistant HR manager position with previous HR administration experience
  • Working experiences in sales and marketing environment preferred
  • Good business acumen and communication skills
  • Solid analytical and problem solving skills, good teamwork and cooperation
  • Meticulous with a Service and Efficiency Orientation
  • Proficient in MS Office
