Job Description

  • Coordinates the operator hiring process; liaises with internal and external stakeholders on hiring requirements, schedule interviews, manages interview & selection process.
  • Follows up on post-selection paperwork such as issuance and collection of necessary documents, preparation of offer letters, employee personal data update, etc.
  • Manages operator recruitment records and reporting. Ensures accurate data entry in database/system.
  • Coordinates onboarding schedule and conducts new hire orientation.
  • Understands and applies appropriate laws, company policies and procedures.
  • Process invoices and provides administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Maintains office supplies and processes purchases as necessary.
  • May monitor office budget and expenditure.
  • Performs any other ad-hoc general office support as assigned. 

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or equivalent in any discipline
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Self-motivated, independent, resourceful and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong team player
  • Must be meticulous and enjoy administrative work
  • Confident in stand up presentation
  • Prior recruitment experience in a MNC manufacturing industry will be an added advantage
