Handle full spectrum of Human Resource matters which shall include compensation benefit, industry relation matter, manpower planning, performance management, training & development and etc.
Formulate, implement and review of HR policies, procedures and employee handbook and HR system and processes.
Provide advice on HR policies, counseling and coaching on staff disciplinary issues. Administration matter
Ensure a quality professional working environment by managing office environment, office equipment and employee facilities.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Required language(s): Chinese, English
At least 5-8 year(s) of working experience in the HR is required for this position.
Preferably 5 years experience in Managerial position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Ampang.
Preferably Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.

Familiar with IR / Empoyment Act 1955.
Excellent in planning & organization skills.
